La routine quotidienne de Papi

Papi se réveille à six heures. Il se lève doucement et ouvre la fenêtre. Puis il prépare un petit café et deux tartines avec beurre et confiture. Il lit le journal à la table de la cuisine. Il regarde la météo et pense à la journée. À sept heures, il s’habille avec un pantalon confortable, une chemise claire et des chaussettes chaudes. Après le petit-déjeuner, Papi marche au parc. Il dit bonjour aux voisins et s’assoit sur un banc. Il écoute les oiseaux. Vers dix heures, il rentre, arrose les plantes et téléphone à sa sœur. L’après-midi, il fait une sieste, puis il cuisine une soupe simple. Le soir, il regarde un film, boit une tisane et se couche tôt.

Grandpa wakes up at six o’clock. He gets up slowly and opens the window. Then he prepares a small coffee and two slices of bread with butter and jam. He reads the newspaper at the kitchen table. He looks at the weather and thinks about the day. At seven o’clock, he gets dressed with comfortable pants, a light shirt, and warm socks. After breakfast, Grandpa walks to the park. He says hello to the neighbors and sits on a bench. He listens to the birds. Around ten o’clock, he returns, waters the plants, and phones his sister. In the afternoon, he takes a nap, then he cooks a simple soup. In the evening, he watches a movie, drinks an herbal tea, and goes to bed early.
