Cette année, je dois trouver un stage pour valider ma licence en communication. J'ai choisi d'appliquer dans une agence de marketing digital proche de l'université. Avant de commencer, j'ai relu mon CV et j'ai mis à jour mes expériences, mes compétences et mes coordonnées. Je voulais donner une image claire et honnête. Pour la lettre de motivation, j'ai réfléchi à mes objectifs. Je veux apprendre à gérer des campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux, analyser des résultats, et créer du contenu. Quelques jours plus tard, la responsable m'a appelé pour un premier entretien en visioconférence. J'étais un peu nerveux, alors j'ai préparé des réponses simples et concrètes. J'ai raconté mes expériences, et j'ai posé des questions sur l'équipe, les horaires, et les outils utilisés. Je souriais, et je regardais la caméra. Après l'entretien, j'ai envoyé un message de remerciement. J'ai rappelé mes points forts, et ma disponibilité. Si je n'ai pas de réponse, je relancerai poliment la semaine prochaine. This year, I have to find an internship to validate my bachelor's degree in communication. I chose to apply to a digital marketing agency near the university. Before starting, I reread my CV and updated my experiences, my skills, and my contact details. I wanted to give a clear and honest image. For the cover letter, I thought about my goals. I want to learn to manage social media campaigns, analyze results, and create content. I described a team project done in class, where I wrote posts and planned a calendar. I explained what I would bring to the company. Next, I looked for offers on the school website and on specialized platforms. I read the tasks, the duration, the location, and the required skills carefully. When an ad suited me, I noted the deadline and adapted my application file. I avoided models that were too general, because I wanted to show my real motivation. When applying, I converted my files to PDF and named the documents with my name. I reread each sentence to avoid mistakes. I also asked a friend to give me an opinion. Then, I checked my LinkedIn profile, added a professional photo, and highlighted my projects and my previous internships. A few days later, the manager called me for a first interview by video conference. I was a bit nervous, so I prepared simple and concrete answers. I told my experiences, and I asked questions about the team, the schedule, and the tools used. I smiled, and I looked at the camera. After the interview, I sent a thank-you message. I reminded them of my strengths and my availability. If I do not get an answer, I will follow up politely next week. Whatever happens, this process helps me progress. I feel more confident, ready to learn, and motivated to succeed in my internship.
