Setiap hari saya memakai aplikasi Gojek untuk bergerak di kota dan untuk kebutuhan kecil yang muncul tiba tiba. In this app I can look for a motorcycle taxi, order food, send packages, and pay bills. The app interface is clear, and the process is fast. I also keep a balance in GoPay, so that I can pay without cash. In that way, I feel safer and do not need to stop at an ATM when it rains or when the roads are busy. When I want to go to the office, I open Gojek and choose GoRide. I enter the pickup point and the destination, then the app shows the price, the time estimate, and a map. I see the driver’s photo and rating, then I press the order button. Usually the driver sends a short message to confirm my location. When he arrives, I wear a helmet, say hello, and sit calmly.
