Muchas familias en Estados Unidos cenan juntas en casa. La cena suele empezar a las seis o a las siete. Antes de comer, alguien pone la mesa con platos, vasos y servilletas. English Translation

Many families in the United States eat dinner together at home. Dinner usually starts at six or seven. Before eating, someone sets the table with plates, glasses, and napkins. The mother or the father cooks chicken, pasta, or simple pizza. There is also salad, vegetables, and bread. The children bring water or milk. Everyone sits, speaks in quiet voices, and shares their day. They tell things about school and work. Sometimes they use the phone for a photo, but then they put it away. Afterward, they give thanks for the food. At the end, they wash the dishes and plan the next day.
