Going to a Bar with Friends

ذَهَابٌ مَعَ الأَصْدِقَاءِ إِلَى حَانَةٍ

فِي يَوْمِ الجُمُعَةِ قَرَّرْتُ أَنْ أَذْهَبَ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِي إِلَى حَانَةٍ صَغِيرَةٍ فِي المَدِينَةِ. اِلْتَقَيْنَا عِنْدَ المَدْخَلِ وَدَخَلْنَا مَعًا. جَلَسْنَا عَلَى طَاوِلَةٍ جَانِبِيَّةٍ. طَلَبْتُ عَصِيرًا بَارِدًا، وَصَدِيقِي طَلَبَ مَاءً، وَصَدِيقَتِي طَلَبَتْ شَايًا. كَانَ المَكَانُ مُزْدَحِمًا وَلَكِنَّنَا اسْتَمْتَعْنَا. تَحَدَّثْنَا عَنِ الدِّرَاسَةِ وَخُطَطِ العُطْلَةِ. ضَحِكْنَا كَثِيرًا وَسَمِعْنَا مُوسِيقَى هَادِئَةً. بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ دَفَعْنَا الحِسَابَ وَشَكَرْنَا النَّادِلَ. شَعَرْتُ بِالسُّرُورِ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِي، وَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أُكَرِّرَ التَّجْرِبَةَ قَرِيبًا.

English Translation

On Friday I decided to go with my friends to a small bar in the city. We met at the entrance and entered together. We sat at a side table. I ordered a cold juice, my friend ordered water, and my (female) friend ordered tea. The place was crowded but we enjoyed it. We talked about studies and holiday plans. We laughed a lot and listened to quiet music. After that, we paid the bill and thanked the waiter. I felt happy with my friends, and I wanted to repeat the experience soon.
