Listing a Home for Sale

عَرْضُ بَيْتٍ لِلْبَيْعِ

أَنَا وَكِيلُ عَقَارَاتٍ وَأَعْرِضُ بَيْتًا لِلْبَيْعِ. البَيْتُ كَبِيرٌ وَجَمِيلٌ. فِيهِ غُرْفَةُ جُلُوسٍ وَغُرْفَتَانِ لِلنَّوْمِ. هُنَاكَ مَطْبَخٌ نَظِيفٌ وَحَمَّامٌ وَاسِعٌ. أَمَامَ البَيْتِ حَدِيقَةٌ صَغِيرَةٌ فِيهَا أَزْهَارٌ مُلَوَّنَةٌ. فِي الخَلْفِ هُنَاكَ مَكَانٌ لِلسَّيَّارَةِ. الجُدْرَانُ بَيْضَاءُ وَالأَرْضُ مُغَطَّاةٌ بِالسَّرَامِيكِ. البَيْتُ قَرِيبٌ مِنَ المَتَاجِرِ وَالمَدَارِسِ. أَنَا أَقُولُ لِلزَّبُونِ إِنَّ البَيْتَ مُناسِبٌ لِلْعَائِلَةِ. إِذَا كَانَ يَبْحَثُ عَنْ مَكَانٍ هَادِئٍ وَمُرَتَّبٍ، هَذَا البَيْتُ هُوَ الاخْتِيَارُ الصَّحِيحُ.

English Translation

I am a real estate agent and I am listing a house for sale. The house is big and beautiful. It has a living room and two bedrooms. There is a clean kitchen and a spacious bathroom. In front of the house there is a small garden with colorful flowers. In the back, there is a place for the car. The walls are white and the floor is covered with tiles. The house is close to shops and schools. I tell the customer that the house is suitable for a family. If he is looking for a quiet and tidy place, this house is the right choice.
