Somero en Kalifornio

Somero en Kalifornio estas longa kaj suna. Mi loĝas proksime al la marbordo, do mi ofte iras al la plaĝo kun amikoj. La tagoj estas varmaj, foje tre varmegaj, kaj la ĉielo ofte estas klara kaj blua. Mi portas malpezajn vestojn, trinkas multe da akvo, kaj uzas sunŝirmilon kaj ĉapelon. Matene mi promenas laŭ la maro kaj aŭskultas la ondojn. Posttagmeze mi biciklas, naĝas, aŭ manĝas glaciaĵon en malgranda kafejo. En la interno de la ŝtato estas pli seke, kun montoj kaj dezerto, sed ĉe la oceano blovas malvarmeta vento. Mi ĝuas la longajn vesperojn kaj belajn sunsubirojn ĉiutage.

English Translation

Summer in California is long and sunny. I live near the coast, so I often go to the beach with friends. The days are warm, sometimes very hot, and the sky is often clear and blue. I wear light clothes, drink a lot of water, and use a sunshade and a hat. In the morning I walk along the sea and listen to the waves. In the afternoon I bike, swim, or eat ice cream in a small cafe. In the interior of the state it is drier, with mountains and desert, but by the ocean a cool wind blows. I enjoy the long evenings and beautiful sunsets every day.
