Rainy Day in Tehran

روز بارانی در تهران

امروز در تهران هوا بارانی است. صبح آسمان خاکستری است و ابرهای بزرگ روی شهر هستند. باران آرام می بارد و خیابان ها خیس می شوند. مردم با چتر راه می روند. بعضی ها بارانی می پوشند. من در خانه می مانم و چای داغ می نوشم. از پنجره به میدان و درخت ها نگاه می کنم. برگ ها سبز و تمیز می شوند. هوا خنک است و باد ملایم می وزد. صدای باران آرام و زیباست. ترافیک آرام تر می شود، اما بعضی خیابان ها شلوغ هستند. هوا تمیزتر می شود و بوی خاک تازه می آید. باران برای باغ ها و پارک ها خوب است. امروز روزی آرام و بارانی در تهران است.

English Translation

Today in Tehran the weather is rainy. In the morning the sky is gray and big clouds are over the city. The rain falls gently and the streets become wet. People walk with umbrellas. Some wear raincoats. I stay at home and drink hot tea. From the window I look at the square and the trees. The leaves become green and clean. The air is cool and a light wind blows. The sound of the rain is calm and beautiful. Traffic is calmer, but some streets are crowded. The air becomes cleaner and the smell of fresh soil comes. Rain is good for gardens and parks. Today is a calm and rainy day in Tehran.
