English Translation

A farmer is a person who plants the land and produces food. Reza is a farmer in his village. Every morning he wakes up early; the air is still cool and the sky is getting bright. He puts on boots and goes to the farm. On the farm he plants wheat, rice, tomatoes, and cucumbers. He also has a cow and chickens, and he gives them water and feed. Reza plows the soil with a tractor and then sows seeds. He irrigates on a schedule so the plants grow well. When pests come, he protects the plants with simple methods. He watches the weather and the seasons, because rain and sun are important for his work. He plants in spring, weeds in summer, and harvests in autumn. He cleans the crop and takes it to the city market. People buy fresh vegetables and wheat bread from him. Reza carefully writes the money accounts and makes plans for the next year. He cooperates with neighbors and learns from their experience. Farm work is hard, but he feels proud because he provides healthy food for his family and community. He respects nature and keeps the land like his own home.
