معلم خوب در مدرسه محله هر روز صبح زود به کلاس می رود. او قبل از شروع درس نفس عمیق می کشد و برنامه روز را بررسی می کند. دانش آموزان وقتی او را می بینند لبخند می زنند و سلام می کنند، و او با صدای آرام جواب می دهد. او ریاضی و زبان فارسی درس می دهد، اما درباره زندگی و احترام هم صحبت می کند. او مثال های ساده می آورد تا مطلب روشن شود. اگر دانش آموزی سوال بپرسد، او با حوصله گوش می دهد و دوباره توضیح می دهد. او از تخته سفید، کتاب، کارت رنگی و بازی های کوتاه استفاده می کند تا کلاس فعال بماند. گاهی داستانی کوتاه می خواند و از بچه ها می خواهد که نظر خود را بگویند. او اشتباه را یک فرصت برای یادگیری می داند، نه یک مشکل. بعد از مدرسه او با والدین گفتگو می کند و درباره پیشرفت و نیازهای بچه ها گزارش می دهد. او برنامه تکلیف را می نویسد و دنبال می کند. در خانه او درس فردا را آماده می کند و کارها را تصحیح می کند. او خسته می شود، اما احساس ارزش و شادی دارد، چون می بیند که بچه ها هر روز بهتر می شوند. برای او معلم بودن فقط یک شغل نیست؛ یک مسئولیت و یک عشق است.

English Translation

A good teacher at the neighborhood school goes to class early every morning. Before the lesson starts, she takes a deep breath and reviews the plan for the day. The students smile and greet her when they see her, and she answers with a calm voice. She teaches math and Persian, but she also talks about life and respect. She gives simple examples so the point becomes clear. If a student asks a question, she listens patiently and explains again. She uses the whiteboard, a book, colored cards, and short games to keep the class active. Sometimes she reads a short story and asks the children to say their opinions. She sees a mistake as a chance to learn, not a problem. After school she talks with parents and reports on the children’s progress and needs. She writes the homework plan and follows it. At home she prepares the next day’s lesson and grades the work. She gets tired, but she feels value and joy, because she sees that the children get better every day. For her, being a teacher is not just a job; it is a responsibility and a love.
