Familia Ionescu ia cina duminică seara. La masă sunt mama, tata, bunica, bunicul, Ana și Mihai. Mama gătește supă caldă, o salată simplă și paste cu sos. Tata pune farfuriile, paharele și tacâmurile pe masă. Bunica aduce pâine proaspătă și un bol cu mere. Toți se așază, spun poftă bună și zâmbesc. The Ionescu family has dinner on Sunday evening. At the table are the mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, Ana, and Mihai. The mother cooks warm soup, a simple salad, and pasta with sauce. The father puts the plates, the glasses, and the cutlery on the table. The grandmother brings fresh bread and a bowl of apples. Everyone sits down, says enjoy your meal, and smiles. Ana tells about school and friends; Mihai talks about football. The grandfather tells a short joke. They eat slowly, drink water and tea. After dinner, everyone clears the table. The evening ends with a hug and plans for tomorrow. Everyone is happy.
