Boat to Zanzibar

Safari inaanza polepole, injini inalia kidogo. Rafiki yangu ananipigia simu, nasema tutaonana mjini Stone Town.

English Translation

I travel by boat to Zanzibar. In the morning I arrive at the port with a ticket in my hand. The sky is blue, the wind is gentle, and the water is shining. I check my luggage, a bottle of water, and a hat. An officer checks the ticket, I stand in line with other travelers. The boat is big and has many seats. I sit near the window, I see the sea, birds, and a small boat. I feel happy and also calm. The trip begins slowly, the engine makes a little noise. My friend calls me, I say we will meet in Stone Town. We arrive after two hours. I buy coffee, watch the harbor, and say thank you for a safe trip to Zanzibar.
